After much discussion, we decided to go with Carlene, whom we didn't know personally, so as not to hurt our 3 friends. What a wise choice we made! When Carlene came for the first discussion, we realized how knowledgeable she was of our area, how many clients had chosen her successfully, she showed us results, sales, & recommendations, and mentioned several clients she had sold for that we know personally. She wrote a spectacular description of our unique home; I was truly impressed by her lengthy write-up that would pull a potential customer in. Carlene sent a videographer, a professional photograper, and showed our home online as beautifully as we could expect. When she wasn't available, she had very competent staff to step in when we needed them. She brought us buyers, she got the home sold, and she continues to work for us on perhaps selling the vacant lot we own next to the home. We would never entrust her with that if we hadn't been completely satisfied with the entire process she went through with and for us.
